Fake Diversity

In the modern era, fake diversity is rife across industries, often forced in the faces of people with no respect for any culture or race that may be offended by such positioning. In some cases, it can be a good thing. But, in other cases, it is not. Such as, forcing homosexuality onto cultures, and religions that are against carnal acts between members of the same sex is wrong.
The same could be said for racist and sexist positioning by deliberately changing an iconic male character to a female character, or replacing a caucasian iconic male with a non-caucasion, or worse a non-caucasion female just to force their fake diversity in peoples faces and claim it's progress.
If we take the example of Charlies Angels, and Relic Hunter in relation to T.V shows and films. Neither of these needed to force themselves into a male role as a female and pretend they were like men to invalidate men. Rather, in the case of Charlies Angels, they created their own style and the performance was unlike anything that had been seen before. Now, the original series was in the 70s, which was during a time when there was sexism towards women and that was portrayed in some in the original, but, surprisingly they changed the dynamics in the remake. With Relic Hunter, she played a role that was unique to her performance and despite the tacky scenes with some episodes, Tia Carrere dominated that role with her own individuality. Like Charlies Angels, there was simply no need to pretend to be like a man to force the modern feminist nonsense onto the screen.
In modern times, however, we are not exactly modern, rather we have regressed to a racist/reverse racist and sexist position against caucasian men; the lie being pushed is that all Caucasian men are privileged and discriminate against females, and or non-caucasions. Though, that lie is usually indirect and is instead shown or demonstrated through their actions.
Take for example an engineering company whose staff in the engineering department were all burly males. A lesbian small framed female wanted to work in that department but was rejected as she was of the wrong body frame size and likely would not have been able to do the job of her male counterparts.
After her rejection, she took the company to court in relation to discrimination based on her gender. In actual fact, such heavy lifting and exhausting work was better suited to people with larger frame sizes with the stamina and strength to do such work; the company would have hired either males or females who could actually do the job, though, only males fitting that description had applied.
She won the court case and the company were forced to create a special role for her within the engineering department. Subsequently, she was given work that she could handle, and yet paid the same as her male counterparts thus creating an inequality within the workplace.
After this had happened, smaller framed men also tried to find work within the same engineering department, yet they were rejected and so such role was made available to them. Fake diversity created a double standard and enabled somebody not suited for the nature of the work within that department.
There are of course other examples of this and these can all be found in various university libraries; possibly in public libraries as well.
We can look at the issue we face in two ways: There is a problem, and there is not a problem.
In other words, Caucasians from western nations whether male or female, created a problem by enslaving people and then treating them like they were property, as well as positioning them as if they were not even human; they dehumanised them to justify their actions against them.
Subsequently, women were treated as lesser by males throughout history, primarily due to the positioning of Abrahamic Religions; this is not limited to western nations and is instead something that happened in every country in the world. It also extends to different cultures and classes as well, in relation to how they were treated; it seems that certain people of the higher classes liked to put people into boxes and create division.
Most people, in many countries around the world, have moved forward and beyond the ways of the past, but fake diversity and modern feminism are a mockery of the movements that came before them that empowered change for the better. They insult the suffragettes and real feminists of the past, by pretending the problems of the past have not changed and that men are still treating women as second class citizens; that's a forced perspective to position modern feminist women, who are often man-hating lesbians in a position above males.
They themselves want to treat men how women were treated in the past through their words and actions. Yet, no male or female from those times is alive today, either within their movement for females or as their target focus for males; it's pathetic!
Elon Musk through SpaceX wants to put a woman on the moon, and a woman who is non-caucasian. That's ok if a woman fitting that description is available to fill the role. Though, it's important to add that if a person has not got the skills and abilities then that position should not be given to them just because they are female and are non-caucasian.
There are, of course, quite a lot of male and female astronauts in space programs in many countries around the world already. Therefore, it may be completely irrelevant to even mention that they want to put a woman on the moon, as the training is not the same as it was before and new opportunities have been created for women. So it's highly likely women would be part of that mission anyway, or any mission to a planet in space.
In relation to "a woman of colour", that's just sexist and discriminative. It should not matter what colour of skin that astronaut has, as long as they can do their job; that's what's important.
Anyway, there are already people of different races in the space program, not just caucasian. It shouldn't really matter if a non-caucasian is male or female either; again, as long as they can do the job then that's what matters.
I am sick of this woke fake diversity nonsense.
