When you need to evolve your mind to a higher state of thinking, you must first be aware of your own mind; what do you think about, what don't you think about, how do you view your behaviour towards others and how they perceive your behaviour.

This is always the first step to building those connections within your own mind. You start by asking others for honest and direct feedback and open yourself to criticism.

It is at that point of listening and initial acceptance can you truly start to see yourself and question the view they have of you and your own view of self.

When you have taken this crucial step of self-awareness, you will be more aware of your own actions towards others and the general behaviours you exhibit.

If you think deep enough you will start to consciouslyconscious identify what you feel as these behaviours develop, or what triggers you to react a certain way and why.

This is not an easy road and you need to discover more about yourself to fully accept what it is that you can change about yourself in order to have greater control over your own mind and behaviours.

The next step is to observe your own writings and speech, and how you interact with others.

You can start to take written and concious notes as you adapt and improve how you put words together and also the wider thinking of impact and how what you write affects others.

Once you see yourself through your own words at the end of the process, only then can you truly understand your own mind and who exactly you are; more so, what you are capable of.

Let's take this next step forward to a new way of thinking and seeing the world.
